UK Standard Delivery

  • Cost: £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)
  • Estimated Time: 3–5 working days
  • Delivered via Royal Mail or a trusted courier partner.
  • Tracking details provided once your order is dispatched.

UK Express Delivery

  • Cost: £6.95
  • Estimated Time: 1–2 working days (Order by 1pm for same-day dispatch)
  • Perfect for last-minute match prep or urgent kit needs.

Click & Collect (Club Shop)

  • Cost: Free
  • Estimated Time: Usually ready within 2–3 working days.
  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
  • Bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting.

International Delivery

  • Currently available to selected countries.
  • Cost & Time: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Please allow extra time for customs clearance.

Additional Information

  • Working Days: Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g., start of season, Christmas).
  • You’ll receive email updates at each stage: order confirmation, dispatch, and tracking.

Missed Delivery or Issues

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns Policy

  • Timeframe: You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • Exclusions:
    • Personalised or customised items (e.g., shirts with names/numbers)
    • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Sale items may be non-returnable (check product details)

How to Return - Online

  1. Complete the Returns Form included with your order or download it from our website.
  2. Package your item securely and include the form.
  3. Send to:
    Blues Store, Brunton Park, Warwick Road, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA1 1LL
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

How to Return - Instore

A receipt should be presented in-store in order for a refund to be processed.

A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.
For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present. Otherwise, the purchase will be refunded onto a gift voucher.

If you do not have a receipt, we may, at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price. This does not restrict your rights to return faulty items with proof of purchase.

Items in a multi-buy offer returned without a receipt, will be exchanged at the lowest multi-buy price or the most recent selling price, whichever is the lower.

Refunds from gift receipts will be given onto a gift voucher.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size?
    • Please return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
    • This ensures you get your replacement quickly and stock availability is guaranteed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
  • Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
